In this role, you will spend most of your time providing support to the Teacher II in a fun, positive classroom setting providing a safe and secure environment to eight children. Play will guide your day as you create an energetic classroom filled with activities that meet the needs of childrens interests and differing skills. In this role you will be the home visitor providing direct service to enrolled families on a weekly basis. You will use an evidence based curriculum to talk with parents on ways to improve the bond between parent and child, positive discipline techniques, and childhood development. You will work with the family to set goals they want to accomplish as well as provide resources that help support the family as a whole. Our goal is to promote family self-sufficiency and child success. |
